Consistent support to such stakeholders through training has enabled AFARM to develop capacity of broad spectrum from NGO staff, leaders of CBOs, Staff of Govt. line agencies, SHGs, Producer Groups to PRI members in the areas of Sustainable Agriculture, Skills development & Livelihoods Enhancement, Community Institution Building, Natural Resources Management, Digital Financial Inclusion, Panchayat Raj Institution and Orgaizational Development of NGOs etc. In last decade AFARM has capacited more than 3.50 lakh stakeholder, which is depicted in following graph.
